Slow fashion starts with ethical, slow fabrics. At Melco we don’t believe in mass production of fabrics, which is why we custom manufacture fabric right here in Australia just for you.

Our fabric is certified Australian made with AMCL. From milling the fabric, to printing the design, it is all done here in Australia. Furthermore, our manufacturing supply chain audited to ensure workers are paid and treated fairly.

Your investment in creating slow fashion is a labour of love. When you spend so much time making these items, using quality fabrics is key to longevity of garments thus reducing textile waste.

If for any reason you don’t love your made to order fabric, we will arrange it’s return to us free of charge. 

Important note: If made to order, and in stock fabric is placed in the same order, no items will be shipped until your made to order fabric is in stock. If you would like the in stock fabric sooner, please place it as a separate order.
