- One custom printed white vertical fabric banner (no hanging hardware included). Sizes listed as per above.
- All our signs are meticulously hemmed and include a convenient 2" loop at the top for effortless hanging onto any frame or pole, making setup a breeze.
- Each banner is designed in-house by our graphic designer and printed in our studio on the Central Coast NSW Australia. Extra charges apply for design services.

Colour Profile Preferred colour profile is CMYK. If you only have a RGB file we can print it, but the colours may vary.
Scale of Artwork Artwork is to be supplied at the correct scale. We will print the artwork at 100% of it's actual size.
Copyright Artwork We will not print any licensed artworks due to copyright laws. Examples are Disney, Barbie, Bluey etc. By placing an order with Melco Fabrics, you confirm that the correct licensing is held to reproduce the artwork.
Admin Fee If your artwork is emailed to us instead of uploading it to the custom printing section on the website a $40 admin fee will be applied to your order. See notes below.
Adjustment Fee If your artwork is requiring adjustments in order to be printed fees will apply and be charged accordingly depending on what is required. 
Fabric bases Fabric bases will print colours differently. We do suggest to order a test swatch of your design prior to printing large amounts. Should you not order a test swatch first, and the colours are not as you expected, no responsibility will be taken by Melco Fabrics, we do not adjust the colour of your artwork and print it as supplied. 

 

At Melco Fabrics, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional quality and service. To maintain our high standards, we have a standard process for submitting custom print files. We recommend using our user-friendly file submission method available on our website, which ensures a smooth experience for both you and us. 

We understand that occasionally customers may choose to submit their custom print files via email. Please be aware that a $40 administrative fee will apply to custom print files submitted via email. This fee helps us cover the additional time and resources required for processing email submissions, which deviate from our standard production process.

We do always suggest to order a sample swatch of your design prior to metreage to ensure no changes are required.

How do I order a length longer than 50cm?

Our fabric is sold in 50cm increments for your convenience. If you require a longer length, add multiple quanities to your cart and it will be cut in one length. Example:

- Add two units to your cart for a 100cm length x width of fabric

- Add three units to your cart for a 150cm length x width of fabric

- Add four units to your cart for a 200cm length x width of fabric
Is this fabric Australian Made?

Our knit fabrics (cotton lycra and french terry) are both 100% Australian made and certified with the Australian Made Campaign. and Ethical Clothing Australia (ECA).

Our woven fabrics are milled in India, with printing and finishing occuring in house at Melco Fabrics in Australia.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently we offer shipping within Australia and to our friends in New Zealand.
