Our fabric is sold in 50cm increments for your convenience. If you require a longer length, add multiple quanities to your cart and it will be cut in one length. Example:
- Add two units to your cart for a 100cm length x width of fabric
- Add three units to your cart for a 150cm length x width of fabric
- Add four units to your cart for a 200cm length x width of fabric
Our knit fabrics (cotton lycra and french terry) are both 100% Australian made and certified with the Australian Made Campaign. and Ethical Clothing Australia (ECA).
Our woven fabrics are milled in India, with printing and finishing occuring in house at Melco Fabrics in Australia.
Currently we offer shipping within Australia and to our friends in New Zealand.

Typically, orders that include solid color fabrics will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days from the time of order placement. However, if you have also ordered art printed fabrics, please allow approximately 10 to 12 working days for our staff to manufacture them. We prioritize shipping your order as a whole, so it will be dispatched when all items are ready. Please note that we do not offer split shipping of orders. If you need part of your order to be shipped separately and not wait for the art printed fabric, we kindly request that you place a separate order for those items.

Good quality, washes well and didn't appear to shrink. Haven't made it up yet, still trying to find a nice pattern but it should make up well.

I purchased this print in Cotton Poplin for my little granddaughter. The sweet print and pretty colours are just perfect for a little girls dress. The Cotton Poplin drapes beautifully for a shirred dress. My daughter loved the fabric so much that I have just purchased anther 3.5 metres of this print in Cotton Poplin to make her a matching dress for her daughter. Colours on the photo are true.
The linen is lovely to sew with and feels soft. It wears well as it does not crush easily.
I love the look and feel of this fanpbric and knowing it’s a unique Australian print makes it even better. I’m looking forward to finishing sewing this fabric, it’s cut out ready to start today. I’m making the Isla top from Atelier Scammit, a French pattern company. The pattern is free to download on their website.
Mel was great, the samples received were just as I had hoped, I haven't ordered anything as yet, but certainly will do in the near future. Just need to find a bit more time to sew. Beautiful samples, very helpful, always nice to feel the fabric before purchasing.

This fabric is Devine, I love the quality, colour and feel to it. I can't wait to make something with it.
I made some beautiful Christmas Scrubs with the poplin. It washed up really nicely after arriving a touch stiff. After a wash it was nice and soft and really easy to sew up. Amazing!
